One stop shop

Bring it as it sits

The question we get most: do I need to strip it first? No. Bring it rusty, painted, or already powder coated — taking it back to bare metal is part of the job, not something you have to sort out before you get here.

Don't strip it first

Old paint, old powder, rust, mill scale — we take it off. You don't need to find a stripper, a blaster and a coater and coordinate all three.

Prep happens here

Stripping, blasting, washing and pretreatment all happen in this shop, on the same bench as the coating. Nothing gets shipped out and nothing sits waiting on somebody else's schedule.

One shop, one invoice

Drop the parts off, pick them up finished. One point of contact the whole way through, and one bill at the end.

What we coat

If it's metal and it fits, we can finish it

Powder holds up to sun, salt and stone chips in a way rattle-can paint never will — and it comes off the rack looking like a factory part instead of a repaint.

Wheels & automotive

Wheels, valve covers, brackets, suspension components, engine dress-up, bumper hardware, roll bars.

Restoration builds

Frame-off projects handled as one batch — bag up the brackets, hardware and small parts and get them back together, in one color, on one invoice.

Marine hardware

Cleats, rod holders, T-top fittings, boarding ladders, trailer jacks and fenders. Salt-air work booked through the off-season.

Powersports & cycle

Wheels and rims, sprockets, foot pegs, bicycle frames, ATV and dirt-bike hardware.

Shop & industrial

Weldments, machined parts, enclosures, fixtures, sign brackets, gate and railing hardware.

Around the house

Patio furniture, fire pits, grill grates, light fixtures, gates, mailbox posts, tool boxes.

How the work gets done

Prep is the whole job

Most powder failures are prep failures, not powder failures. Every part gets the prep it needs before it ever sees color.

Stripped and cleaned

Old coatings taken back to bare substrate — chemically or mechanically, depending on the part and the base metal.

Blasted

Blasted to a uniform profile so the powder has something to hold onto. No coating over rust, mill scale or old paint.

Washed and pretreated

Wash and pretreat to pull contamination and put corrosion protection under the film, not just over it.

Sprayed

Grounding checked before the gun comes out — poor ground is what causes thin spots and orange peel.

Cured to schedule

Held to the powder manufacturer's time and temperature. Under-cured powder looks finished and isn't.

Checked

Film thickness checked against spec before anything ships.
